Pearl Harbor

This is a page from my grandfather’s journals. Nothing prior to this entry was written in red, and all other entries were normally of a personal nature. He had four sons, three of which were of an age to fight, and they did. My father was shot down twice in the Pacific, but he came home. Otherwise, I would not be here. Life turns on a dime.  Savor it.

Thanks to all the current military serving and the veterans who answered the call before them. Bless those who didn’t return.
